On July 1, 2024, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Trade Union Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Election Work of Grass-roots Trade Union Organizations, and the Constitution of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, and in combination with the actual situation of the trade union, the Trade Union Committee of China Skills Energy Group Co., Ltd. studied and decided to elect Zhou Siling as the Director of the Women Workers' Committee, with a term of three years.

The entire election process adhered to the principles of justice, fairness and openness, aiming to further strengthen the trade union's organizational structure and improve the work level related to women workers. The trade union will actively engage in work such as safeguarding the rights and interests of women workers and promoting their career development, provide more solid guarantees and support for the company's women workers, and help the company create a more harmonious and diverse working environment.
