The project is located within the Hunan Jinqiao International Trade City, with an installed capacity of approximately 3.3MW and a total investment of about 21.28 million yuan. It was grid-connected and began generating electricity in December 2017, with an annual power output of approximately 3.30 million kW·h and an annual CO₂ reduction of about 3,300 metric tons.
The project makes full use of the idle roof space of the trade city to generate economic benefits. It utilizes solar power to supply energy for the merchants, while also selling electricity to the grid, thereby alleviating energy supply pressure. This initiative aligns with China's energy development strategy.
