Hunan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security Compound Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project

The project is located within the compound of the Hunan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, with an installed capacity of 0.5MW and a total investment of approximately 3 million yuan. It was grid-connected and began generating electricity in August 2024, with an annual power output of about 567,500 kW·h and an annual CO₂ reduction of approximately 565,800 metric tons.

The project involves the construction and operation of rooftop photovoltaic arrays and a BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaics) carport. Upon completion, it provides high-quality green energy and an energy-saving, environmentally integrated carport for the provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security compound.
