Shenzhen Luohu Management Center Building Near-Zero Carbon Building Project

The project is located in Luohu District, Shenzhen, serving as an important office venue for the Luohu District Committee and District Government. Implemented based on the "5+1" model, it fully covers five major systems—photovoltaic, energy storage, charging piles, high-efficiency computer rooms, and energy-saving lighting—with the integration of one intelligent dual-carbon platform. All operational data undergoes real-time integration and analysis through the intelligent management platform, which is also connected to the Shenzhen Virtual Power Plant Management Center to achieve unified scheduling and efficient management.

Upon completion, the project has not only brought significant energy-saving results to the Luohu Administrative Center Building but also set a replicable and promotable benchmark for the construction of near-zero carbon buildings in Luohu District and even Shenzhen City.
