Shenzhen Luohu Management Center Building Near-Zero Carbon Building Project

The project is located in Luohu District, Shenzhen, serving as an important office venue for the Luohu District Committee and District Government. The renovation will be carried out following a "5+1" model, encompassing five major systems—photovoltaics, energy storage, charging piles, high-efficiency (equipment rooms), and energy-efficient lighting—along with one smart dual-carbon platform. Upon completion, all real-time data will be integrated and analyzed through the smart management platform and connected to Shenzhen Virtual Power Plant Management Center for unified dispatch. This will not only bring significant energy-saving effects to the Luohu Management Center Building but also set a new benchmark for near-zero carbon building construction in Luohu District and even Shenzhen City.
