Recently, the Hunan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Hunan Provincial Department of Finance, State Taxation Administration of Hunan Province, and Hunan Provincial Healthcare Security Bureau jointly issued Announcement No. Xiang Ren She Gui [2020] 21, "Notice on Transferring Enterprise Social Insurance Premiums and Occupational Annuities of Government Institutions to Tax Authorities for Collection."
