On February 4, Zhongji Group held its Annual Summary and Recognition Conference at headquarters to comprehensively review 2020 performance, motivate employees toward new achievements, and collectively embrace the opportunities and challenges of 2021. Attendees included Board members, Supervisory Committee members, Expert Committee representatives, all headquarters staff, and delegates from Zhongzi subsidiaries.
President JIANG Qi delivered the annual work report, highlighting key economic indicators. Despite pandemic disruptions and complex market conditions, the company exceeded profit targets through strategic insights and perseverance—"forging new opportunities amid crisis and pioneering fresh approaches within shifting landscapes." Significant progress was also achieved in corporate governance and business development. The report outlined 2021 priorities: aligning with national 14th Five-Year Plan directives, focusing on digitalization and carbon peak initiatives, and strengthening four core systems—quality enhancement, financial security, operational expansion, and e-business development.
The conference honored outstanding collectives and individuals who demonstrated exceptional dedication, pragmatic efficiency, and remarkable performance throughout 2020. Award recipients were encouraged to maintain their exemplary leadership and continue driving excellence.
Chairman XIONG Jiong concluded the conference with high praise for management's 2020 accomplishments. He emphasized steadfast advancement of corporate reforms while thanking all employees for their contributions, urging every team member to proactively collaborate in shared success and collective reward.
