Inamori Kazuo once said that instead of looking for a job you like, it is better to first fall in love with the job you have; instead of chasing illusions, it is better to love the job at hand. And I think I am very lucky to have a "two - way journey" with my job.
In May 2017, just out of campus, I came to Zhongji with visions and confusion about the future. With a bit of childishness that had not yet completely faded and full of curiosity, I started a brand - new life full of unknowns. From the initial lack of ability and in - proficiency in various businesses to the present, where I can handle things with ease and take on responsibilities independently, my growth is inseparable from the cultivation of Zhongji and the selfless help of my predecessors. And in the process of my growth, I have also gradually witnessed the growth of Zhongji, and experienced the unique cultural atmosphere and humanistic heritage of Zhongji.
Since the beginning of my work, Zhongji has told us that "making life better" is the mission we shoulder. During the raging COVID - 19 pandemic, Zhongji employees still stuck to the front line, strived for production, and continuously overcame technical difficulties. While ensuring the safe and stable operation of various projects, they slowed down the greenhouse effect, effectively reduced energy consumption, and achieved remarkable ecological benefits, achieving a win - win situation between corporate benefits and social - ecological values, realizing Zhongji's corporate vision of "serving society and protecting the homeland", and also fulfilling our mission of "making life better".
