Founded in August 2016, Hunan New Third Board Enterprise Association is a social organization approved by the Civil Affairs Department of Hunan Province in accordance with the "Regulations on the Administration of Social Organizations" and other relevant provisions. It is the first provincial-level New Third Board industry association in China. Our company is a member unit of the association.
At the exchange meeting, Mr. Wang Yuping, Secretary-General of Hunan New Third Board Enterprise Association, introduced the current work of the association and the opening of the Beijing Stock Exchange; Mr. Gan Lei, Executive Director of Shengli Venture, put forward corresponding suggestions on our company's financial and tax management; Ms. Liu Xisha from Xuanrong Group pointed out that there is room for cooperation with our company in the communication and exchange of "industry-university-research".
