These documents clearly require all regions and departments to take green and low-carbon development as the goal, focus on energy conservation and carbon reduction, carry out pilot demonstrations, and steadily promote the creation of resource-saving government agencies in 2022, aiming to achieve the target that about 70% of county-level and above party and government agencies across the country will become resource-saving government agencies.
