Hunan Daily, September 16th - Recently, China Skills Energy Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Skills Energy") successfully undertook the solar photovoltaic building integration application project of the provincial government compound and is responsible for the photovoltaic operation services for the provincial government compound.

As an enterprise focusing on investment and operation in the new energy field, China Skills Energy, founded in 2010, has built and operated a number of landfill biogas power plants, natural gas distributed energy stations, solar power stations and energy-saving renovation projects in the province through various investment methods such as PPP, BOT and BOO.

In recent years, China Skills Energy has continued to develop its advantageous businesses such as photovoltaic power generation, distributed energy stations, and investment, construction and operation of landfill biogas power generation, while continuously expanding into new energy businesses such as wind power generation, charging piles, energy storage and hydrogen energy, thus constantly optimizing its business structure. In July 2015, China Skills Energy was listed on the New Third Board, and in May 2018, it entered the innovation layer of the New Third Board. According to the listing conditions of the Beijing Stock Exchange, enterprises that have been listed on the innovation layer for one year and meet the relevant financial requirements and regulatory conditions can apply for "transfer" to the Beijing Stock Exchange for listing. Enterprises on the innovation layer of the New Third Board can be said to be the "reserve army" for listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange.

As a "veteran" in the innovation layer, the relevant person in charge of China Skills Energy believes that the listing of the company cannot be achieved overnight. It is necessary to first cultivate and build the core competitiveness of the enterprise, and simultaneously improve team building and system construction.

In the next few years, the company's business development direction will still focus on the investment of power supply and heating projects. It will take advantage of existing resources, base itself on the provincial market, actively explore the market outside the province, and pay attention to the international market.
