To further enhance all employees' awareness of legal risk prevention and improve their systematic understanding of the overall structure of contracts, on the afternoon of April 18, China Skills Group organized a special training session on "Enterprise Contract Risk Prevention", inviting Lawyer Xie Hongmei from Beijing Jingshi (Changsha) Law Firm to give on-site lectures.
Starting with basic knowledge of contract law, Lawyer Xie focused on explaining the legal risk prevention points before, during and during the performance of contracts. At the same time, combined with the issues frequently involved in the company, she analyzed by citing specific cases and relevant legal provisions and put forward targeted solutions. In the interactive session, Lawyer Xie answered one by one the difficulties and questions encountered by the participants in the actual operation process.
