On the morning of November 8, China Tec Energy Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongji Nengyuan") and Hunan Commercial Technician College held a signing ceremony. Luo Ying, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, Hu Yaming, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President, Xiong Jiong, Chairman and President of Zhongji Nengyuan, Yang Tonglang, Vice President, and other leaders attended the signing ceremony.

In his speech, Xiong Jiong, Chairman and President of China Tec Energy, stated that the smart energy-carbon system is a demonstration project to promote energy conservation in public institutions. It is a strategic goal for Hunan Province to actively respond to the call of the Central Committee and the State Council, unswervingly take the path of green and low-carbon development, and ensure the achievement of carbon peak and carbon neutrality. China Tec Energy will strictly abide by the terms of the contract, is determined and confident to complete the target tasks, and strive to make Hunan Commercial Technician College a high-quality pilot project in Hunan Province, truly playing a leading role as a model.

Luo Ying, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, fully affirmed the signing of this cooperation on behalf of the school. It took half a year for the project to move from the initial overall planning to the formal implementation stage, which was really not easy. She expressed the expectation that in the next project implementation process, the energy conservation work of the whole school will be promoted in a coordinated manner in accordance with the set goals, and finally become an energy conservation demonstration project.

According to the agreement, this cooperation includes 4 subsystems: distributed photovoltaic power generation, charging piles, energy performance contracting, and smart energy-carbon centralized control platform, with an investment of about 20 million yuan. It can realize intelligent coordination and optimal control of energy consumption in the college, achieve all-round energy conservation, and strive to build it into a green and low-carbon demonstration project for public institutions in the province and even the whole country.

Colleges and universities are important places for energy consumption. Building a green, low-carbon, safe and efficient comprehensive energy system in colleges and universities has become an important starting point to accelerate urban energy transformation and help the country achieve the "dual carbon" goals.
