According to the notice in Document Xiangguanfa 〔2023〕 No. 38 issued by Hunan Provincial Bureau of Institutional Affairs on December 21, it is learned that two distributed photovoltaic power generation projects, namely those in the compound of Hunan Provincial People's Government and Hunan Provincial Forestry Bureau, invested and operated by China Tec Energy Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Tec Energy"), have been awarded "Hunan Province 2023 Public Institution Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Demonstration Projects".

In recent years, China Tec Energy has invested in and operated several distributed photovoltaic projects. The two projects that won the provincial 2023 public institution distributed power generation demonstration projects this time are substantive actions to fully implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on ecological civilization construction and carbon peak and carbon neutrality, as well as to implement the spirit of the National Conference on Energy and Resource Conservation and Ecological Environmental Protection in Public Institutions. They are also high-quality representatives of the new energy projects of provincial directly affiliated Party and government organs invested and operated by our company.
