On the morning of February 2nd, the distributed photovoltaic power generation project, a subsystem of the Smart Energy-Carbon System Project of Hunan Commercial Technician College, was officially launched. Project leaders from Zhongji Nengyuan Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company"), the design unit, and the construction unit attended the groundbreaking ceremony.

At the meeting, first, the design unit introduced the overall design and installation plan of the distributed photovoltaic power generation project of Hunan Commercial Technician College, and put forward matters needing attention during the construction process. Then, the construction unit conducted technical exchanges on the problems found during the preliminary survey.

Finally, our company emphasized three points regarding the construction implementation stage: First, keep the string of safety taut and build a solid safety defense line. Every enterprise always puts safety at the top of its priorities. The construction scope this time is scattered in various areas of the school. The construction unit should plan in advance, make careful arrangements, strengthen safety risk awareness, enhance the education of all construction personnel and the supervision of the construction site to ensure safe construction without accidents. Second, strictly control the quality, with details being the key. The three parties should strengthen consultation, timely detect and correct potential quality hazards in construction and production, and control the quality of all key links. Details determine quality. The construction unit should do a good job in all details with excellence, and strive to build this project into a national demonstration project. Third, strengthen coordination and cooperation to improve work efficiency. All parties should strengthen coordination and cooperation to actively solve difficulties and problems. The construction unit and the design unit should complete the preliminary preparation work as soon as possible. In the follow-up, our company will provide equipment and materials as planned according to the construction progress of the construction unit, and make every effort to promote the acceleration and efficiency of the project construction.

Our company will utilize the building rooftops of the college for the photovoltaic power generation project, including those of Chongde Building, Mingli Building, Boji Building, Qiangneng Building, Bowen Hall, Cooking Training Building, Finance and Economics Training Building, Shiwei Canteen, and 6 dormitory buildings, with a total area of approximately 15,000 square meters. In the next step, during the project construction, our company will take multiple measures to promote progress, maintain strong guarantees, and adhere to construction without slack. With the goal of building an energy-saving demonstration project, we will complete the project with high standards, high quality, and high requirements.
