Recently, China Tec Energy Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Tec Energy"), in conjunction with Hunan Provincial Architectural Design Institute Group Co., Ltd., stood out from the competition and successfully won the bid for the "Shenzhen Luohu Administration Center Building Near-Zero-Carbon Building Project" by virtue of its professional technical strength and rich project experience. The project adopts the energy-saving benefit sharing model with a contract term of 18 years and a total energy-saving sharing amount of approximately 27 million yuan.
The project is located in Luohu District, Shenzhen, and serves as the centralized office venue for the Luohu District Committee and District Government. Through the construction and transformation of the Luohu Administration Center Building and its auxiliary building area under the "5+1" model (5 major systems including photovoltaic, energy storage, charging piles, high-efficiency machine rooms, and energy-saving lighting + 1 smart dual-carbon platform), the near-zero-carbon goal of the building will be achieved. This sets the stage and establishes a model for Luohu District to accelerate the implementation of the national dual-carbon policy and comprehensively promote the construction of near-zero-carbon buildings. In particular, after the project is completed, all real-time data of the system can be integrated and analyzed through the smart management platform, and connected to the Shenzhen Virtual Power Plant Management Center for unified dispatching, thereby building an integrated "source-grid-load-storage" multi-energy complementary system.
The project is invested in, constructed, and operated by China Tec Energy. The entire company is meeting the challenges of this task with high morale, determined to build a demonstration project with leading technology, excellent quality, and superior services. Taking this as a starting point, China Tec Energy will fully explore the Greater Bay Area market, adhere to the corporate mission of "making life better", and contribute greater efforts to achieving the country's "dual-carbon" goals.
