On March 17, 2025, China Tec Energy Group Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group held a grand signing ceremony for strategic cooperation at the headquarters of China Tec Energy.

Xiong Jiong, Chairman and President of China Tec Energy, Liu Fengyuan, General Manager of Hunan Branch of Shaanxi Construction Engineering, and other personnel attended the event and signed the cooperation agreement, marking that both parties have entered a substantive cooperation stage in the fields of new energy project development, construction, and operation.

The signing aims to integrate the resource advantages of both parties, explore the regional market, jointly promote the development of the new energy industry, achieve win-win cooperation, and create higher value for regional development in Hunan and Shaanxi.

At the signing ceremony, senior representatives from both parties delivered speeches respectively. Liu Fengyuan, General Manager of Hunan Branch of Shaanxi Construction Engineering, emphasized: "Shaanxi Construction Engineering has actively participated in Hunan's production and construction. The signing of the strategic cooperation agreement is just the starting point of our cooperation. In the future, China Tec Energy and Shaanxi Construction Engineering plan to achieve the goal of launching new projects every year within 5 years, contributing greater strength to the development of green and low-carbon economy.
