On April 3, 2025, the Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project (Phase I) of Hunan Institute of Metrology and Testing (Hengshan Laboratory Headquarters), invested and constructed by China Tec Energy Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Technical Energy"), was successfully connected to the grid for power generation.

The project is located in Yuelu District, Changsha. It makes full use of the idle roof of the office building of Hunan Institute of Metrology and Testing (Hengshan Laboratory Headquarters) to build a distributed photovoltaic power station. This not only effectively utilizes solar energy resources, but also eases regional power supply pressure, optimizes the power grid structure, reduces dependence on traditional energy sources, and helps promote green and low-carbon transformation.

Since the project was launched, China Tec Energy has always adhered to the construction concept of "safety, efficiency, greenness and innovation", strictly controlled the construction quality and progress, strengthened the management of civilized construction, and minimized the impact on the surrounding environment.

The completion of this project is an important measure to implement the national "dual-carbon" strategy. It not only improves the energy self-sufficiency capacity of Hunan Institute of Metrology and Testing, but also sets an example for the whole society in energy conservation and emission reduction through green electricity consumption.

In the future, China Tec Energy will rely on digital operation and maintenance technology to carry out the whole-life-cycle management of the photovoltaic power station, monitor the operation data of the power station in real time, ensure the stable and efficient operation of the power station, strive to build a demonstration benchmark for distributed photovoltaics in public institutions, and contribute to promoting the development of China's green energy industry.
