To effectively enhance all employees' awareness of fire safety and emergency response capabilities, and strengthen the "firewall" for the company's safe production, on the morning of August 2, the company organized a special fire safety training session. This training invited Mr. Chen Bo from the Hunan Provincial Emergency Rescue Association to give lectures, and all employees of the company actively participated, jointly "charging and empowering" workplace safety.
In the training, Mr. Chen Bo adopted a vivid form of "theoretical explanation + case analysis" and systematically explained seven core contents: including the key requirements of fire protection laws and regulations and safety production management regulations; the construction points and practical value of the "four capabilities" – "inspecting and eliminating fire hazards, organizing the fight against initial fires, organizing personnel evacuation and escape, and conducting fire publicity and education training"; sounding the safety alarm by combining typical fire cases in recent years; and specific safety norms and risk prevention measures for the use of fire, electricity, and gas in high-temperature weather (such as the risk of overloading electrical equipment, emergency handling of gas leaks, etc.). Mr. Chen Bo also demonstrated and explained on-site the correct operation steps and usage skills of common fire-fighting facilities such as fire extinguishers and fire hydrants, and taught key strategies for evacuation and escape in high-rise buildings (such as moving forward in a low posture, covering the nose with a wet towel, choosing the correct evacuation, staying calm, etc.).
The rich and detailed content and shocking cases made employees deeply realize the importance of "hidden dangers are more dangerous than open flames, and prevention is better than disaster relief". During the training, everyone listened attentively, took careful notes, and actively asked questions about fire safety issues that might be encountered in work and life. The lecturer patiently and meticulously answered each question, with positive on-site interaction and a strong learning atmosphere.
This training not only systematically popularized fire safety knowledge but also significantly improved employees' practical ability to handle sudden fires. Participating employees have stated that they will apply the knowledge learned to practical work, take the initiative to check for potential safety hazards around them starting from themselves, and at the same time drive people around them to improve safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
In the future, the company will continue to deepen safety production management, carry out various emergency training and drills in a institutionalized and normalized manner, adhere to the concept of "prevention first, life first", and take practical actions to "prevent troubles before they occur" to create a safer and more secure workplace environment for all employees and safeguard the stable development of the company.
