Entrusted by Hunan Xinhao Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Hunan Zhongji Project Management Co., Ltd. is conducting an invited bidding for the packaging and printing production services project of the official marketing center of Xinxiang Banshan Haoting Project (Entrusted Agency No.: HNZJC2020-FW(LD)-099). You are hereby invited to participate.

I. Bidding Conditions
1.1 The tendered project is the packaging and printing production services of the official marketing center of Xinxiang Banshan Haoting Project. The tenderee is Hunan Xinhao Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and the source of funds is self-raised by the owner.

II. Project Overview and Bidding Scope
2.1 Project Name: Packaging and Printing Production Services of the Official Marketing Center of Xinxiang Banshan Haoting Project;
2.2 Project Location: East of Fuxing Road, Loudi City; West of Louxing South Road, adjacent to Loudi Municipal Government;
2.3 Division of Bidding Sections: One section;
2.4 Bidding Scope: Packaging and printing production services of the official marketing center of Xinxiang Banshan Haoting Project as specified in this bidding;
2.5 Qualification Review Method: Post-qualification review;
2.6 Evaluation Method: Comprehensive scoring method.

III. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
3.1 The bidder shall be registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China, have an independent legal person status, and hold a valid business license (the business scope shall include advertising printing, production and other related contents).
3.2 The bidder shall have one performance of undertaking similar projects (with a contract amount of 150,000 yuan or more for packaging and printing production) in the past three years (within 36 months before the deadline for submission of bid documents), and shall provide a copy of the contract or winning bid notice with the unit's official seal affixed.
3.3 Copies of qualification certification documents shall be affixed with the bidder's official seal.
3.4 Consortium bids are not allowed for this project.

IV. Obtainment of Bidding Documents
4.1 Bidders are requested to send the following materials to the email address 1220741081@qq.com for registration from December 2, 2020 to December 3, 2020: ① Legal representative's certificate (if the bid is submitted by an authorized agent, the legal representative's certificate and power of attorney shall be attached); ② Valid copy of the business license; ③ Original and copy of the authorized person's ID card; ④ Qualification certification documents.
Note: After being inspected and approved by the employer, the bidding documents will be sent to the confirmed bidders. Sending time: Before 18:00 on December 4, 2020, to the email addresses used by each bidder during registration.

V. Submission of Bid Documents:
5.1 Deadline for submission of bid documents (bid deadline): 10:00 on December 8, 2020 (Beijing time).
5.2 Place of delivery of bid documents: Room 401, Building 5, Fortune Home, No. 684 Fuxing Road, Louxing District, Loudi City, Hunan Province.
5.3 Bid documents that are delivered overdue, not delivered to the specified location, or not sealed in accordance with the requirements of the bidding documents will be rejected by the tenderee.
5.4 Bidders are not required to attend the bid opening and evaluation meeting.

6.1 This invitation announcement is published on the official website of Hunan Zhongji Project Management Co., Ltd. (http://zjxm.hn-zj.com/).

VII. Confirmation
7.1 After receiving this invitation, please confirm whether you will participate in the bidding via email by 12:00 on December 5, 2020. Those who do not indicate whether to participate in the bidding or clearly indicate not to participate within the time specified in this invitation shall not participate in the bidding again.
