Recently, Changsha Municipal Bureau of Finance issued 4 administrative penalty decisions on Changsha Government Procurement Network, imposing administrative penalties on 4 tendering agency companies, requiring them to rectify within a time limit and submit a written report on the rectification.
In response to this, the Tendering Business Department of our company organized a special meeting to analyze and conduct self-inspection on the relevant problems in the practice of the 4 agency companies that were subject to administrative penalties. It required all practitioners to strictly abide by laws and regulations, standardize their practice behaviors, and implement policy details in all aspects of the tendering execution process.
