Recently, the whole-process engineering consulting project for the relocation of Wangcheng People's Hospital, undertaken by our company, has completed the construction of temporary enclosure walls, project department office buildings, earthwork and support works, and is now stepping up the construction of basement works. In light of the project progress, the Whole-Process Engineering Consulting Division of our company organized a technical exchange meeting on whole-process cost consulting.
At the meeting, the participants conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the intractable cost consulting issues existing in the project. Combining the current cost policy documents with the actual situation of the project, they pooled their wisdom and efforts to put forward solutions, which further improved the working methods of the department's employees in whole-process cost consulting and ensured the high-quality implementation of the project consulting work.
