To promote the development of whole-process engineering consulting in the field of housing construction and municipal infrastructure in our province and standardize the bidding and tendering activities for whole-process engineering consulting, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Hunan Province formulated the "Interim Measures for the Administration of Bidding and Tendering for Whole-Process Consulting of Housing Construction and Municipal Infrastructure Projects in Hunan Province". Recently, the Development and Reform Bureau of Changsha County organized a special seminar on this measure, and our company was invited to participate.
At the meeting, the participating units jointly discussed the whole-process engineering consulting service model, re-interpreted the highlights and characteristics of the document, conducted a detailed analysis of the problems arising in the implementation of the document, carried out a comprehensive and in-depth discussion on the whole-process consulting model from both theoretical and practical perspectives, and jointly looked forward to the healthy development of the whole-process engineering consulting industry.
