Recently, our company attended the Hunan Government Procurement Forum and the Seminar on Hunan Government Procurement Electronic Mall in the first quarter of 2021. The conference was hosted by Hunan Government Procurement Association, with the attendance of leaders from the Confidential Bureau of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Hunan Provincial Department of Finance, Hunan Provincial Department of Education, Hunan Provincial Health Commission and other institutions. Leaders from the procurement centers of Central South University of Forestry and Technology and Hunan Agricultural University shared their experience in operating the Hunan Government Procurement Electronic Mall, and Yin Tiejun, a researcher from the Government Procurement Division of Hunan Provincial Department of Finance, answered questions regarding government procurement in Hunan Province.
The Hunan Electronic Mall was officially launched on January 1, 2020, with transactions exceeding 2.5 billion yuan in that year. Under the general environment of the implementation of the electronic mall, understanding the operation procedures and improving professional capabilities have become new challenges for bidding agencies. We not only need to be familiar with the laws and regulations in the field of government procurement, but also need to stand in the perspective of purchasers, actively learn the procurement process of the electronic mall, analyze the key points in the procurement links of the electronic mall, and put forward objective and professional suggestions for purchasers. Only by conforming to the development of the times, keeping up with the policy trends, and continuously improving professional standards and service quality, can we boost the company's performance and promote long-term development.
