Recently, the official website of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment released "Hundred Questions and Answers on the National Carbon Market", which was compiled by the National Center for Climate Change Strategy Research and International Cooperation and published by China CITIC Press, containing 602 questions and answers!

To answer questions related to carbon emission data monitoring, reporting, verification, quota allocation, payment and performance, as well as the use of carbon emission data submission system, carbon emission rights registration system, and trading system, the National Center for Climate Change Strategy Research and International Cooperation, entrusted and guided by the Department of Climate Change of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and with project funding support from the Royal Norwegian Embassy in China, the Norwegian Environment Agency, and the Environmental Defense Fund (EDF), organized relevant units such as the Center for International Cooperation on Environment and Development of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Environmental Development Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, China Union Certification Center Co., Ltd., China Quality Certification Center, Tsinghua University, the Environmental Engineering Assessment Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and national carbon emission rights registration and trading institutions to systematically sort out, review and condense previous question answers in accordance with current policy documents and technical specifications, and on this basis, formed "Hundred Questions and Answers on the National Carbon Market" for reference by relevant participants in the national carbon market.
