In order to give full play to the signaling role of the time-of-use electricity price, better guide electricity users to shift peaks and fill valleys, further promote the consumption of new energy, and ensure the safe and stable supply of electricity, in accordance with the spirit of documents such as the "Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission on Further Improving the Time-of-Use Electricity Price Mechanism" (FaGaiJiaGe [2021] No. 1093), our commission has drafted the "Notice on Improving the Time-of-Use Electricity Price Policy and Related Matters in Our Province (Draft for Soliciting Opinions)", which is now announced to solicit public opinions. We welcome people from all walks of life to put forward their opinions and suggestions.
