Twenty years of trials have steeped our journey, each step forging resilience. "A nine-story tower rises from piled earth; a thousand-mile journey begins beneath one’s feet." Through two decades of perseverance and stormy roads, Zhongji has stood unwavering in Yuhua, Changsha. As a member of this family, my heart swells with pride as Zhongji celebrates its 20th birthday.

I joined Zhongji in March 2018. Though my time here has been brief, it was enough to make me fall in love with this place built on "Equality, Sharing, and Altruism." Sometimes love needs no reason—yet Zhongji gives me many: its positioning, mission, vision, values, and execution culture... Each detail has taken root in my heart. Beyond our "Five Speeches, Four Each" conduct code, I cherish how we serve society: through energy infrastructure that achieves "waste reduction, recycling, and harmlessness"; through construction consulting, bidding, and whole-process cost consultation—all fueling national development.

I once underestimated the weight of "Serving Society, Protecting Our Home." But witnessing the Henan floods revealed how profoundly this mission resonates—for our nation, our people, and our planet.

Two decades have sung Zhongji into a towering tree, nourished by colleagues’ sweat; into an energy aircraft carrier, riveted by their dedication; into a complete industrial chain, forged through their innovation. What sustains us? Mastery honed by time, courage unbroken by storms, and shoulders that bear the weight of progress. As we charge ahead, let us pause and reflect: What meaning do we give our lives?

From education to municipal works, water conservancy to housing and transportation—we’ve met development needs across China. Through landfill gas power plants and natural gas distributed energy stations, we’ve lit Changsha, Yongzhou, Huaihua, and Ningxiang with clean energy, guarding our blue planet. Amid this growth, Zhongji listed on the NEEQ in 2015. By 2016, our consulting projects exceeded ¥100 billion; by 2018, we entered the NEEQ Innovation Layer.

Twenty years reflect not just scientific management but the grit of Zhongji people. From a team of ten to over two hundred today, we’ve earned recognition from the China Water Engineering Association, Bidding Association, and Civil Engineering Society. Every achievement springs from wisdom and sweat; every minute of growth leans on collective struggle.

Alone, I’d forge but a few nails. Without all hands weathering rugged paths—without that "one guardian holding the pass against ten thousand" spirit—without shared breath and boldness to challenge and strive, Zhongji could never have soared. Roads ahead may be rough? Then we’ll pave valleys and bridge rivers! Through day-and-night diligence, we’ll craft miracles for Zhongji’s next decade—next twenty years.

The journey stretches far; the future gleams bright. We, the Zhongji family, walk as one: staying humble, learning endlessly, innovating relentlessly, honing our craft step by step. For me, since joining, this home has been my foundation—a place to love and give. Here, bonds are forged in mutual support; momentum flows from unity. Shouldered with responsibility, we sail unafraid through winds and thorns.

Though I missed Zhongji’s first twenty years, I’ll stand firm through the next twenty—forty—and beyond!
