This year marks the 100th anniversary of the great Communist Party of China and the 20th anniversary of our CET Group. This year is destined to be special and extraordinary, etched in history and cherished in the hearts of every CET employee.

Two decades of weathering storms, two decades of forging ahead. For twenty years, the Group has steadfastly upheld its corporate vision of "Caring for Employees, Serving Society, Protecting Our Homeland," and consistently practiced the core values of "Fairness, Sharing, Altruism." These principles have been vital to our resilience and robust growth amid industry competition, and will remain catalysts as we advance toward industry leadership. Few could have imagined that in just twenty years, you would grow so mightily—from zero to one, from a handful to hundreds of employees, from ten thousand yuan to billions in revenue... These milestones stand as powerful testaments to your relentless progress, rapid growth, and tireless efforts—struggles known intimately only to us, the CET family. Along this journey, you have borne immense expectations and heavy burdens, yet always remained true to your founding spirit, facing challenges with passion. Thus, your operational strength has grown, your corporate image soared, and your social standing risen steadily, scaling peak after peak while composing inspiring symphonies of triumph. This is the fruit of the leadership team’s steadfast guidance and the collective dedication of every employee. In the future, you will surely bear more fruits, achieve more miracles, and open new chapters.

Twenty years fleeting, yet eternal. As our Chairman said, "Only 6% of enterprises survive beyond a decade, and merely 3% beyond twenty. We are fortunate to soon stand among this select 3%." And I am honored to be part of this exceptional team. To you, I say: though I missed much of your early story, I will not miss the brilliance yet to come.

In my two years with you, you have been my mentor, guiding me forward in uncertainty; my steadfast friend, supporting me in hardship. Moving forward, I will shoulder my mission, stand by you through trials, and remember always: "Direction matters more than effort." I will stay focused, uphold the "Five Principles and Four Practices" code, hone my skills through learning, and grow into the capable professional the Group needs.
