Nothing Is Impossible to a Willing Heart

Late at night, a warm breeze drifts through the window, lifting my thoughts as I recall every moment shared with him these past months.

February 26, 2021, the Lantern Festival—a special day. I decided to seek him out. In haste, I stepped out, and upon meeting him, I learned he was born in August 2001, a full year younger than me. A hint of pride swelled within me, but as I lifted my gaze to witness his journey over these twenty years, the slight smile on my lips faded...

He has faced setbacks and hardships, yet never thought of surrender, pressing onward despite the weight he carried. He has earned achievements and honors, yet never rested content, always striving for more.

Nearly half a year since we met, I often reflect: Could I ever embody such humility and diligence? My teachers taught me, "Learn eagerly from others’ strengths and make them your own." These months, I’ve absorbed much from you, and on this significant day, I express my deepest gratitude and heartfelt wishes: Happy 20th Birthday, dear CET!

Who could have imagined your birth from a team of fewer than ten? Who foresaw such immense potential within your spirit? Twenty golden years, twenty years of arduous pioneering—you have grown into maturity. Throughout, you have steadfastly upheld the core values of fairness, sharing, and altruism, serving the people and society with the mission to "make life better."

I remember first arriving at CET: unfamiliar surroundings, unfamiliar faces, unfamiliar tasks... Everything felt foreign, stirring traces of worry and unease about the work and life ahead. But that feeling soon vanished. This was unlike any company I’d known. I expected isolated roles and distant colleagues, yet quickly discovered a spirit of mutual support—a collaborative energy rare elsewhere. Leaders and employees alike contributed to the team’s strength, each excelling in their field. CET was like a book, and I, its reader, drawn in by its elegant preface. From the day I entered, each page deepened my understanding, compelling me to read on. I am honored to join the CET family. I am grateful to the leaders for this opportunity; to my colleagues for their warm guidance, helping me adapt swiftly and become part of this team. In our work, we ensure every person gives their all, every task receives due care, every cent yields value, every hour maximizes productivity. We live by the "Five Principles and Four Practices" code: speaking truth, data, facts, sacrifice, and unity—perpetuating our culture and spirit.

As one of Hunan Province’s first pilot enterprises in whole-process consulting, CET has played a vital role in our province’s economic and social development and technological innovation. By December 2020, CET had undertaken over 12,000 consulting projects totaling 600 billion yuan. These projects span diverse fields, most completed with outstanding economic and social benefits. In energy, through varied investments, CET operates landfill power plants, natural gas distributed energy stations, solar power stations, and energy-saving initiatives, making significant contributions to global environmental protection and national new energy development.

The gleaming certificates and honors in the company meeting room speak volumes. Eloquence matters less here than the genuine gratitude, joy, and profound affection for the CET family radiating from these words. Thus, I choose simple language to express the emotions surging within me.

Laozi said, "Great undertakings grow from small beginnings; difficult tasks arise from easy ones." In this fiercely competitive era, CET’s long-accumulated strength and credibility have earned it renown. Its client-centered service approach is key to its vast customer base.

CET’s journey reveals the astounding power of dreams. Its achievements today—awe-inspiring—stem from the relentless dedication of its employees. To grow stronger and greater, we work tirelessly from dawn to dusk, scaling new heights. Though thorns and trials litter the path to success, nothing can halt our determined stride!

On CET’s stage—past, present, and future—I will devote myself wholeheartedly to this ordinary role, growing alongside CET. Whatever hardships or setbacks lie ahead, whatever tomorrow may bring, we stand firm in our conviction: for CET’s dream, for our collective dream, for our own dreams! Having weathered twenty years, we are no longer fragile—only resilience remains. We are no longer lost—our eyes blaze with resolve. Our dreams are no longer distant—they are ready to take flight!
