To fully implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on ecological civilization construction and carbon peak and carbon neutrality, and to further carry out green and low-carbon leading actions in public institutions, Hunan Museum and China Skills Energy Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Skills Group") have re-cooperated after the natural gas distributed energy station project, successfully signing a cooperation agreement for the distributed photovoltaic power generation project in June 2023.

This cooperation between Hunan Museum and China Skills Group implements the policy requirements for public institutions to introduce social capital investment for low-carbon energy conservation, realizes the harmonious unity of social, environmental and economic benefits, and plays a significant exemplary and leading role among public institutions.
