In June 2023, China Skills Energy Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") successfully passed the administrative license review for the application of the License for Undertaking Installation, Repair and Test of Power Facilities conducted by the Hunan Regulatory Office of the National Energy Administration, and obtained the Class IV License for Undertaking Installation, Repair and Test of Power Facilities.

The successful acquisition of the Class IV qualification for undertaking installation, repair and test indicates that the Company is qualified to engage in the installation, repair or test activities of power facilities with a voltage level of 35 kV and below. It can take this opportunity to expand into more business fields, providing the Company with broader market access channels and resource support.
