On March 12, Xiong Jiong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman and President of China Tec Energy
Group Co., Ltd., led a team to Zhuzhou City to conduct an on-site inspection of the project progress at Hunan Commercial Technician College.
Chairman Xiong Jiong and his team successively went to Boji Building, Qiangneng Building, dormitory buildings and carports to inspect the progress of photovoltaic construction and the completion of air-conditioning installation. Afterwards, they had in-depth exchanges with the person in charge of the construction site, learned in detail about the project construction progress, safety control, project quality and other aspects, and coordinated to solve the difficulties and problems existing in the construction process.
Chairman Xiong Jiong emphasized three points: First, firmly hold the bottom line of construction safety. Safety production must always be placed in the "top priority" position. Construction personnel should keep the string of safety taut, establish a firm bottom-line thinking, conduct a comprehensive investigation of potential risks and hazards, and ensure that responsibilities, inspections, measures and supervision are all in place. Second, strictly control the construction quality management. Construction quality is the core competitiveness of an enterprise. Construction personnel should strive for excellence, continuously improve technical and craftsmanship levels, ensure that all details in the construction process meet the specifications and standards, and the overall project is beautiful and tidy. On the premise of ensuring safety and quality, accelerate the construction progress and make every effort to build a national demonstration project. Third, strengthen the management of construction personnel. The project construction department should solidly do a good job in training the on-site management personnel in terms of job responsibilities, functional scope, codes of conduct, etc., so as to effectively form standardized project construction management.
