On June 25, the wholly-owned subsidiary of China Tec Energy Group Co., Ltd. and the Education Bureau of Tekes County, Xinjiang, held a signing ceremony for the "Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project for Green and Energy-Saving Campuses in the Education System". Leaders including Arei Zawatibek, Director of the Education Bureau of Tekes County, Xinjiang, Li Siping, Deputy Director of the Bureau of Commerce, Industry and Information Technology, and Jin Zhigang, Director and Executive Vice President of China Skills Energy Group Co., Ltd., attended the event.
The project will cover 15 schools in Tekes County, Xinjiang, with a total installed capacity of 16MW. Through this cooperation, both parties will join hands to build a "photovoltaic campus" demonstration project integrating clean energy production and low-carbon education practice, injecting strong impetus into energy transformation and sustainable development in the education field.
As an important carrier for promoting social development, the green transformation of schools is not only related to their own sustainable development, but also plays a demonstration and leading role in the whole society. The company will carry out systematic overall planning and advance in an orderly manner in stages, fully develop and utilize the idle building roofs, parking spaces and vacant sites in schools, and invest in the construction of photovoltaic power generation projects.
