Recently, the Energy Conservation Department of the State Administration of Organs Affairs announced the "List of Typical Cases of Energy Cost Management Contracting for Public Institutions". The natural gas distributed energy station energy cost management contracting project of Hunan Museum (formerly Hunan Museum), invested in, constructed and operated by ChinaTec Energy Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ChinaTec Energy"), has been successfully selected as one of the 30 national typical cases. It provides replicable and promotable practical experience for market-oriented energy conservation and carbon reduction in public institutions.

Adopting a full-chain service model integrating "investment and construction + operation and maintenance + energy cost management contracting", the project combines natural gas combined cooling, heating and power (CCHP) technology with a smart energy management system to provide stable, efficient and clean comprehensive energy guarantee for Hunan Museum. Based on years of technical accumulation and experience in the distributed energy field, ChinaTec Energy has tailored a "strategic plan for each venue" energy-saving solution to address the differentiated needs of the museum, such as constant temperature and humidity in exhibition halls, precise temperature control in cultural relic storage rooms, and dynamic energy consumption in public areas. Leveraging the advantage of on-site energy supply from the natural gas distributed energy station, energy transmission losses are reduced; relying on the intelligent monitoring platform, dynamic load forecasting and coordinated equipment control are realized to avoid energy waste; combined with the complementary effect of grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) power generation, the proportion of renewable energy utilization is further increased, constructing an energy supply system featuring "multi-energy complementarity, intelligent regulation, low carbon and high efficiency".

Since the project's implementation, it has not only achieved stable and controllable energy costs but also yielded remarkable results in energy conservation and carbon reduction. The introduction of market-oriented mechanisms has effectively reduced the management costs and financial pressure of Hunan Museum. Meanwhile, through technological optimization and refined operation, ChinaTec Energy has realized the efficient utilization of energy resources on the premise of ensuring the museum's normal energy demand, achieving a win-win situation for "energy-using units reducing costs, social resources improving efficiency, and the ecological environment benefiting".

This selection as a national typical case is not only an recognition of the project's implementation results but also demonstrates ChinaTec Energy's professional strength in the field of energy management contracting for public institutions. Looking forward, ChinaTec Energy will take this selection as an opportunity to continuously deepen the innovation of the energy management contracting service model, optimize comprehensive energy management services, assist more public institutions in achieving green and low-carbon transformation, and contribute greater efforts to the energy and resource conservation work of public institutions nationwide.
