ChinaTec Energy Group Co., Ltd. is now conducting an open inquiry for the procurement of charging piles and combiner boxes for the Photovoltaic Power Generation Project of Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd., and sincerely invites interested suppliers to participate. The construction entity of this project is Chongqing Jinying Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and the successful supplier shall sign a contract with Chongqing Jinying Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
I. Project Overview and Inquiry Scope
Project Name: Procurement of Charging Piles and Combiner Boxes for Photovoltaic Power Generation Project of Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd.
Project Location: This project is located within the factory area of Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd.
Project Overview: This project requires the construction of a charging pile station in the parking lot of Chongqing Xiangyu Salt Chemical Co., Ltd.
Source of Funds: Self-raised.
Inquiry Scope and Procurement List:
(1) Responsible for equipment procurement: 1 set of 120KW dual-gun fast charging pile and 6 sets of 7KW single-gun slow charging pile (capable of charging 8 new energy vehicles simultaneously); 1 set of 163KW combiner box (see drawings for details) shall also be provided.
(2) The successful supplier shall bear all transportation costs and risks for delivering the goods to the construction site.
(3) Assist in guiding the installation and commissioning of the charging piles.
(4) Provide free port opening for functional connection with the self-developed management system of ChinaTec Energy Group Co., Ltd.

II. Qualification Requirements
The supplier shall be a manufacturing enterprise of charging piles or an agent authorized by the equipment manufacturing enterprise (provide project or regional agency authorization documents).
The bidder shall have 3 similar charging pile procurement performances in the past 3 years (valid within 36 months before the deadline for submitting response documents). For the supporting materials of similar performances, scanned copies of contracts shall be provided, and the valid time shall be subject to the signing time of Party A in the contract.
The charging piles shall comply with relevant national standards and supporting certification materials shall be provided.
Joint ventures are not accepted for this inquiry.
The supplier shall have no records explicitly prohibiting its participation in bidding or inquiry.
Different entities with the same legal representative or under a controlling or management relationship shall not participate in the inquiry for this project.
III. Quality Standards
The products delivered by the seller shall comply with national standards. The quality guarantee period shall be 24 months from the date of passing acceptance. During the quality guarantee period, the seller shall be responsible for providing free after-sales services for the products, including but not limited to maintenance and replacement.
IV. Delivery Period
The goods shall arrive at the site within 15 calendar days after the contract is signed.
V. Payment Terms
30% of the contract amount as advance payment;
75% of the contract amount shall be paid after the goods arrive at the site and are signed for without objection;
95% of the contract amount shall be paid after all equipment is installed and accepted;
The remaining 5% shall be retained as quality guarantee deposit, which shall be settled after the 2-year quality guarantee period expires.
VI. Evaluation Method
The comprehensive scoring method shall be adopted as the evaluation method for this project.
VII. Obtaining of Materials

VIII. Submission of Response Quotation Documents
The deadline for submitting response quotation documents (hereinafter referred to as the "quotation deadline") is 9:30 on July 23, 2025. The submission location is ChinaTec Energy Group Co., Ltd. (18th Floor, Gaosheng Jindian Commercial Building, No. 117, Xiangfu Middle Road, Yuhua District, Changsha City, Hunan Province).
Response quotation documents that are delivered after the deadline, not delivered to the designated location, or not sealed and marked as required will not be accepted by the purchaser.
Methods for Submitting Response Quotation Documents
Method 1: The supplier shall deliver the paper documents to the 18th Floor, Gaosheng Jindian Commercial Building, No. 117, Xiangfu Middle Road, Yuhua District, Changsha City, Hunan Province. Recipient: Zhou Yi.
Method 2: The supplier shall encrypt and compress the color-scanned copy of the response quotation documents (the supplier shall inform the purchaser of the decryption password by phone after the inquiry quotation deadline; otherwise, it shall be deemed that the supplier has withdrawn the response quotation documents), and send the documents to the email address: liyuting@china-tec.cn. At the same time, the supplier shall send a message to inform the WeChat account of ChinaTec Group. For response quotation documents submitted by mail, the submission time shall be subject to the time when the email is received. The supplier shall subsequently mail the paper documents to the 18th Floor, Gaosheng Jindian Commercial Building, No. 117, Xiangfu Middle Road, Yuhua District, Changsha City, Hunan Province.
