ChinaTec Energy Group Co.,Ltd. is conducting an open request for quotation (RFQ) for the 2500kVA Prefabricated Substation Modification Project for Heavy-Duty Truck Charging Station at Chongqing Xiangyu Salt & Chemical Co., Ltd. Suppliers with relevant capabilities are cordially invited to participate. The project’s construction entity is Chongqing Jinying Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and the successful supplier will sign a contract with this company.
I. Project Overview and RFQ ScopeProject Name:2500kVA Prefabricated Substation Modification Project for Heavy-Duty Truck Charging Station at Chongqing Xiangyu Salt & Chemical Co., Ltd.
Implementation Location:Within the premises of Chongqing Xiangyu Salt & Chemical Co., Ltd.
Project Description:This project involves constructing a heavy-duty truck charging station in the parking area of Chongqing Xiangyu Salt & Chemical Co., Ltd. To support the charging station, a 2500kVA prefabricated substation from the purchaser’s Ningxiang Power Plant will be modified and relocated to Chongqing for use.
Funding Source:Self-funded.
RFQ Scope and Procurement List:
(1) Modify the prefabricated substation in accordance with the drawings.
(2) The purchaser will deliver the 2500kVA prefabricated substation to the supplier’s factory Free on Truck (FOT). After modification and successful factory testing, the supplier shall transport the substation to the designated location at Chongqing Xiangyu Salt & Chemical Co., Ltd. in Wanzhou, Chongqing, also Free on Truck (FOT).
(3) Provide technical guidance for equipment installation and commissioning.
II. Qualification Requirements
Suppliers must hold a valid business license.
Consortium responses are not accepted for this RFQ.
Suppliers must have no records of being prohibited from participating in tenders or RFQs.
Suppliers with the same legal representative or those under controlling/management relationships are prohibited from participating in this RFQ.
III. Quality Standards
Suppliers shall deliver products compliant with national standards. The warranty period shall be 24 months from the date of acceptance, during which free after-sales services (including but not limited to repairs and replacements) shall be provided.
IV. Delivery Schedule
Goods must be delivered within 15 calendar days after contract signing.
V. Payment Terms
Advance Payment: 30% of the total contract price.
Interim Payment: 75% of the total contract price upon on-site delivery and acceptance.
Final Payment: 95% of the total contract price after full installation and project acceptance.
Warranty Bond: 5% of the total contract price, valid for 2 years.
VI. Documentation Acquisition
Interested parties may obtain project documents (including substation as-is drawings and modification drawings) by adding the WeChat account 18974838016 (username: 中技集团) and requesting materials.
VII. Submission of Quotation Documents
Deadline:16:30 (Beijing Time) on October 11, 2025.
Submission Method:
Suppliers shall encrypt and compress scanned color copies of quotation documents. After the RFQ deadline, suppliers must provide the decryption password via telephone to the purchaser; otherwise, the quotation will be deemed withdrawn.
