ChinaTec Energy Group Co., Ltd. is conducting an open request for quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of heavy-duty truck charging piles at Chongqing Xiangyu Salt & Chemical Co., Ltd. Suppliers with relevant interests are cordially invited to participate. The project’s construction entity is Chongqing Jinying Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and the successful supplier will sign a contract with this company.
I. Project Overview and RFQ ScopeProject Name: Procurement of Heavy-Duty Truck Charging Piles at Chongqing Xiangyu Salt & Chemical Co., Ltd.
Implementation Location: Within the premises of Chongqing Xiangyu Salt & Chemical Co., Ltd.
Project Description: This project involves constructing a charging pile station in the truck logistics parking area of Chongqing Xiangyu Salt & Chemical Co., Ltd.
Funding Source: Self-funded.
RFQ Scope and Procurement List:
(1) Responsible for equipment procurement: 1 unit of 400kW dual-gun DC charging pile, 3 units of 360kW dual-gun DC charging piles, and 1 charging stack (equipped with 1 liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging gun + 1 fast charging gun) with a capacity of 480kW, which can simultaneously meet the charging needs of 10 new energy heavy-duty trucks (see drawings for details).
(2) The successful supplier shall bear all transportation costs and risks for delivering the goods to the project site.
(3) Provide assistance and guidance for the installation and commissioning of charging piles.
(4) Free of charge to open ports for functional docking with ChinaTec Energy’s digital integrated management platform.
II. Qualification Requirements
Suppliers must hold a valid business license.
Suppliers shall be either manufacturers of charging piles or authorized agents of equipment manufacturers (provide project or regional agency authorization documents).
The respondent shall have 1 similar charging pile procurement performance within the past 3 years (valid within 36 months before the deadline for submitting response documents). Proof of similar performance shall include scanned copies of contracts, with the valid time subject to the signing date by the purchaser in the contract.
Charging piles shall comply with relevant national standards and provide supporting certification materials.
Consortium responses are not accepted for this RFQ.
Suppliers shall have no records of being explicitly prohibited from participating in tenders or RFQs.
Suppliers with the same legal representative or those under controlling/management relationships shall not participate in this RFQ.
III. Quality Standards
Suppliers shall deliver products that meet national standards. The warranty period shall be 24 months from the date of acceptance, during which free after-sales services (including but not limited to repairs and replacements) shall be provided.
IV. Delivery Period
Goods shall arrive within 20 calendar days after the contract is signed.
V. Payment Terms
Advance payment: 30% of the total contract price.
Upon on-site delivery and confirmation of receipt, payment shall be made up to 75% of the total contract price.
After all equipment is installed and accepted, payment shall be made up to 95% of the total contract price.
Quality assurance deposit: 5% of the total contract price, valid for 2 years.
VI. Evaluation Method
The comprehensive scoring method shall be adopted.
VII. Acquisition of Materials

VIII. Submission of Response Quotation Documents
Deadline for Submission: 09:30 (Beijing Time) on October 13, 2025.
Venue: ChinaTec Energy Group Co., Ltd. (18th Floor, Gaosheng Jinding Business Building, No. 117 Xiangfu Middle Road, Yuhua District, Changsha City, Hunan Province).
Late submissions, submissions not delivered to the designated venue, or those not sealed and marked as required will not be accepted by the purchaser.
Methods of Submission:
Method 1: Suppliers deliver physical documents to the 18th Floor, Gaosheng Jinding Business Building, No. 117 Xiangfu Middle Road, Yuhua District, Changsha City, Hunan Province. Recipient: Zhou Yi.
Method 2: Suppliers shall encrypt and compress color-scanned copies of response quotation documents (after the RFQ deadline, suppliers must inform the purchaser of the decryption password by phone; otherwise, the response quotation document will be deemed withdrawn). Send the encrypted files to liyuting@china-tec.cn, and simultaneously notify the WeChat account "中技集团" (WeChat ID: 18974838016) of the submission. For responses sent by mail, the submission time shall be subject to the email delivery time.
